Returns and Refunds Policy – Italy

Sandia wants every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the purchased product following the conditions below.


Conditions for making a return

  • The return can be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order .

  • The product must be in perfect condition , never used and returned in its original packaging , complete with all accessories.

  • Initial shipping costs will not be refunded .

  • NB After completing the application, a QR code will be generated.

  • The QR code is not a delivery note .

  • The QR code must be printed and applied to the outside of the package .

  • The customer will have to independently choose the available logistics service (e.g. Poste, InPost, DHL, etc.)


Return cost

The cost of the return is borne by the customer.


Refund Policy

The refund will be made within a few days of receiving and verifying the returned product, using the same payment method used to place the order.
